Venezuela Announces Vehicle Trade In Program
Venezuela recently announced that the government will begin a program to get the dirtiest cars off the road. The 1960 to 1970 era
cars, are mostly owned by the countries poorest citizens. The government will offer a new natural gas vehicle, accepting
the old vehicles as trade in for full payment. That's how important Venezuela feels about getting dirty cars off the road and moving to
a cleaner, cheaper fuel in natural gas.
