Part 1 CNG Fueling Equipment - (Next issue Part 2 CNG Vehicles)

The basics, you can fuel at home time fill or slow fill, the NFPA, which is the fire code allows home fueling, but
restricts the flow rate of fueling and does not allow storage of a compressed gas in a residential area.
That is why home units are time fill directly into the vehicle.

Smallest-
Phill, 1/2 gallon per hour, has all the equipment required for indoor use, can also be used outdoors

A Home Phill Unit Fueling A Honda GX
Great for a single NGV for commuting locally, need a gas supply and 220 Volt, 15 Amp Circuit
Access must be available for exhaust vent, methane/gas detector and pressure relief line

Next Size Up-
FMQ2-36 (3600 psi) or FMQ2 (3000 psi)  1 gallon per hour, outdoor use only
Can also be used with a remote panel, for home or commercial use

Direct fill is the easiest and simplest installation method for refueling

Remote fueling panels can also be used to move the FuelMaker out of sight for HOA reasons or landscaping

Commercial Applications-
Natural gas has been used for many years in fleets, buses, forklifts and ice rink resurfacers
There are a multitude of refueling combinations for fueling equipment and storage capacity in both time fill and fast fill

We are currently fueling 4 Ice resurfacers in 2 ice rinks in the Valley with natural gas and time fill options
Natural Gas is the cleanest fuel currently available for use indoors

Forklifts are a great choice for use of natural gas
Using CNG for a forklift cuts down on the cost of fuel and helps meet EPA PPM standards for indoor emissions in warehouses.

Fleets
Many fleets, including schools, cities, counties and the state have run natural gas vehicles for many years to meet their EPACT requirements.
There are many combinations of fueling equipment available customized to specific needs-
Commercial zoning is required with some specific distances required for installation of compressed fuel storage equipment.

We have many options, from time fill to fast fill for public access, natural gas is a clean and domestic choice for vehicle fuel.

We currently have one manual fast fill available immediately for use by a private fleet, $70,000.00 ready for immediate delivery, in stock.

Other combinations can be tailored to your needs from a home unit, to a fleet of vehicles, to public access with dispenser and card reader.

Cleaner, Cheaper and Domestic!  The answer to part of our imported petroleum problem.  Natural Gas Vehicles

We can set up fueling just about anywhere with a gas and an electric source.  Give Dave a call and find out more.

Fuel where other equipment can't, we can set up fueling with as little supply pressure as 1/4 psi in the pipe.
