Fueling Systems Solutions, of California has purchased FuelMaker Corp from the Bankruptcy Court.
We are waiting for the sale to be officially finalized to get exact details on how they are going to set it up.
We have talked to FSS and they told us they have to wait for the sale to be finalized before they say anything.
I have talked to Mario Piraglia, former VP at FuelMaker and he confirmed that FSS has hired him.
So we are seeing some good progress that we hope have some good signs attached to it.
On the other side, the banruptcy attornies basically said we are out of luck on the money we sent in to
order new equipment, but we can claim our parts that are in for repair in Utah, once we prove they are our parts.
I just wish they were already repaired parts so we could use them.
Looks like the FuelMaker factory will be moving to the USA!
