Check your vehicle inlet O Rings
Should be replaced every 6 months!

The vehicle recepticle and fill nozzle should be cleaned once a month with rubbing alcohol and then sprayed with a dry teflon spray.
Cooling and exhaust vents should be inspected regularly for blockage and air flow
Gas sensor maintenance
Gas/methane detectors have about a 5 year life expectancy and should be checked regularly

Methane detectors are used in all indoor CNG applications such as Phill, Fork lift and Ice Resurfacer applications
Warning to Phill customers- any hydrovarbon based products left in the garage can trigger a gas alarm error!

General Motors new dedicated natural gas cargo vans will be available in December

The BRC Factory in Italy is now in production, 12 week lead time on all VRA's and HRA's!!
Phill, FM2, FMQ2-36, FMQ8-36 and FM-10's are all now available along with remote panels.
BRC FuelMaker will no longer support the C-3 model

We recently had the opportunity to attend a 3 day training on fueling equipment at Impco Technologies

Check valves- Check valves protect compressors from too much return pressure. If too much pressure comes back against the compressor it can cause a blow back error.

Check valves typically have a 2 year life expectancy
